The distinctive purpose of St. John Neumann Regional School is to create Catholic- centered education enlivened by the Gospel spirit of love. The school community exists to maintain academic standards and to foster Catholic values and empower children to be all that they can be.
The Academic Program
We provide competitive programs with well-rounded offerings to educate the whole person. The core curriculum is in alignment with state and national standards and is rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition. In addition to the core curriculum, students participate in enrichment courses.
SJNRS offers a performing arts after-school club. The drama club meets weekly and presents their skits to the school community. We also offer an Art Summer Camp program for our students and community neighbors focusing on fine arts (painting and pottery). Our Spanish curriculum is taught to our 3rd-8th grade students.
Our classroom teachers work with families and Special Education Consultants from the CLIU#21 to meet most accommodations and modifications necessary for our students to feel successful.
Athletics
SJNRS participates in the following CYO athletic programs: Girls and Boys basketball, Cross Country, Volleyball, Skiing at Blue Mountain, Track and Field, and Cheerleading
