About Our School

Since 1910, Holy Family School has been an anchor in our community, with a devoted staff that sees Christ in every child. Dedicated to empowering students with intellectual growth and faith-filled lives, Holy Family provides a nurturing, disciplined environment and culture of service. In teaching lasting values that involve the whole family, Holy Family instills ideals that embrace academic strength, a deeper relationship with God, and a desire to lead responsible Christian lives.

  • Outstanding teachers with years of experience in education and instruction.
  • Family oriented environment.
  • Leadership that steers students, teachers and support staff in God’s direction.

The Academic Program

We provide competitive programs with well-rounded offerings to educate the whole person. The core curriculum is in alignment with state and national standards and is rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition.  In addition to the core curriculum, students participate in enrichment experiences.

All of our students, from Pre-K to 4-year-olds in the full-day classes through eighth grade, enjoy Art Class once a week. The classes are taught by a talented artist and instructor, who does a wonderful job incorporating the work of the art world master's into her curriculum.

Holy Family School is proud of its dedication to the Arts, which includes our Music Department. Under the very capable direction of a staff member from Northeastern Music, students from Kindergarten through 8th grade receive music instruction once a week, learning about music history and music theory.

An Instrumental instructor hired through Northeastern Music provides instrument lessons to our students (at an additional cost) and directs both a Beginner's Band and an Advanced Band at HFS. The bands have the opportunity to participate in concerts and festivals outside of the school setting, widening their circle of musical accomplishments and experience.
